If I don’t like something about my cleaning, who do I get mad at?
You get assigned 2-3 primary cleaners who have experience in Airbnb cleaning. If anything is missed, the cleaners agree to go back to fix it FREE OF CHARGE.
We are a matchmaking agency. We do the heavy lifting with finding vetted cleaners with experience in turnover cleanings, automating your scheduling with technology so these teams get assigned to your home, developing a cleaning checklist made by the turnover gods themselves, and ensuring these cleaners fill out the damage/supply reports so you get notified of anything. Our management team has experience in hosting and knows what needs to get your home as automated as possible. We are NOT the cleaning service itself (that’s the cleaners!), but we make it incredible easy for you to get the benefits of both worlds….the goal is to have your turnover operations as streamlined as possible.
What if I get a complaint about the cleaning from my guest and get less than 5 stars?
We don’t do refunds just because you get less than 5-stars rating from your guest, but we can always switch out the cleaners and assign you a different cleaner until you get paired with the teams you like. If you have a bigger complaint about the cleaner, we can mediate between you and the cleaner to come to a resolution. While we personally know and love the cleaners who are assigned to your home, please note again that we are NOT the cleaning service itself (that’s the cleaners!)… we make it incredible easy for you to get the benefits of both worlds.
What if I don’t like my cleaner?

Will I get my same 2-3 crews every time?
Our #1 goal is to make sure you are ALWAYS covered…..there will never be a “no-show”. Your 3 crews will be the ones who go 90% of the time. There may be a situation where they are NOT available….in this situation, we’ll send a different cleaner to make sure the place is done. If you get a complaint
