We get it, sometimes guests may cancel last minute and things come up. Because of this, we do not have a cancellation fee if you cancel at least 1 day before the cleaning. If you cancel after 4PM the day before the cleaning or on the same day as the cleaning, there is a $40 cancellation fee.
