Does MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix provide cleaning supplies?
Absolutely! The company scours the market for the safest, most effective, and most economical products to ensure that your property receives consistently good care. To prevent any allergic or sensitivity reactions, you should supply the laundry and dishwasher detergents you prefer. We ask that you also provide trash bags to fit the waste baskets and bins at your rental.
What if my cleaner makes a mistake?
By offering a selection of cleaning checklists and packages, we make sure you know what to expect in advance. We suggest that you remain present for at least the first MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix visit so you and your cleaner can do a walk-through together to review the plan. How will my cleaners gain access to my vacation rental?
You have the choice of using a lockbox or concealing a key on your property. While you should keep backup keys in case of emergencies, your cleaners won’t have personal copies of your keys.
How far in advance should I book my cleaning service?
Planning ahead of time is smart thinking for almost everything. Try to schedule your cleaning visits at least 48 hours in advance. Our easy online system enables repeat visits to be automatically programmed for as long as you wish. We understand that things happen, so if last-minute changes pop up or if you suddenly need a same-day appointment, call us. We can’t guarantee that staff will be available but we’ll do our best for you.
How do I cancel a cleaning service?
If you cancel a scheduled visit at least 24 hours ahead, don’t worry — there’s no charge. If you cancel the visit on the same day or after 4 p.m. on the day before, then there’s a $30 fee to compensate for the cleaner’s time.
Are laundry services available?
Laundry is part of life, especially with a vacation rental. The standard rental package includes up to 3 full loads, with additional loads for $10 each. If the laundry has to be done at a laundromat, an added $10 fee is applied. However, if you don’t need any laundry services, then we give you a discount!
How do I book a vacation rental cleaning?

Can I give the cleaners my own custom cleaning checklist?
On the MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix Pricing & Service page, you’ll find several choices. Each service package has a specific checklist showing what the cleaners do. Before they visit, we’ll work with you to adjust the checklist according to your vacation rental’s special needs.
Will my cleaners always arrive on time?
MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix is proud of its “Never a No-Show” policy — we guarantee that you’ll never be left high and dry! In the case of vacation rental cleaning services, the exact starting time is sometimes unpredictable due to traffic conditions, but the job will ALWAYS get done before your guests show up.
Does MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix employ its own cleaners?
MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix works by referring local experts in each city. Each cleaner has been thoroughly screened with a background check and multiple interviews. We only send you experienced professionals with clean records, strong work ethics, and good customer service skills.
Do you have an Availability Guarantee?
We sure do! As long as you book at least 48 hours in advance, we will GUARANTEE that we will send cleaners to your location.
If you book less than 48 hours in advance, MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do everything within our power to fulfill your request.
What if I have TOO MUCH laundry?
No problem! The standard turnover package includes a load of laundry per room (eg., 3BR rental – 3 loads of laundry, 2BR rental – 2 loads, etc.).
If you have a truly excessive amount of laundry to wash, MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix charges $10 per additional load.
How do you deal with damages?
Your cleaners will examine your property for any damages your guests may have caused. That being said, they may not be able to spot everything every single time, so they can’t be held responsible for any damages your guests have failed to report.
When will the cleaners arrive at my vacation rental?
Here at MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix, we understand that the cleaners we team up with may not always be able to arrive right on time due to unpredictable traffic conditions. That’s why we always schedule short-term rental cleanings in a way that ensures your cleaners will have enough time to thoroughly clean your place even if they’re a little late.
What will the cleaners do if they can’t enter my property?
If your cleaners are unable to access your property due to a missing key or code, they will spend the next 30 minutes trying to get in touch with you. They will wait at your property if you are able to deliver the key. Keep in mind that you’ll be subject to an additional $40 hourly fee if your cleaners need to wait for the key or a $50 fee if you opt to cancel or reschedule.
Don’t worry if you’re unable to deliver the key. Simply contact our office and our team from Operations will do their best to send another cleaner to your vacation rental property.
What will the cleaners do if the previous guests ruined the place?
If your previous guests have left your property in an absolutely dismal state, don’t panic! For an extra $80, your cleaners will spend a few additional hours to give your property a deep cleaning and document all damages. This will make sure your place is ready for the next check-in and also give you the proof you need for when you request compensation for the damages.
What if my guests complain about the cleaning of my vacation rental?
If a guest is unsatisfied with the service your cleaners have provided, we will send another cleaner to reclean the place for the guest, and we’ll do it for FREE.
However, if the guest is still unhappy and decides to cancel the reservation, MaidThis Cleaning Phoenix cannot be held responsible for any expenses you may incur as a result.
