I have a high-traffic Airbnb rental. How do I keep MaidThis updated on my Phoenix vacation rental cleaning requirements?

You’ll like this answer. Our propriety automated scheduling system is configured to allow the Airbnb system to sync up with our system. When our system identifies a guest’s move-out date, we automatically schedule a cleaner to provide the rental cleaning before the next guest is scheduled to arrive.

What if I need to cancel an appointment on short notice?

As a responsible cleaning company, we have learned that customers like you can’t always control what’s happening. For that reason, we choose to be flexible about allowing cancellations on short notice. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible and tell us if you need to reschedule your cleaning service.

I’m also a local business owner. Do you offer commercial cleaning services?

In fact, we do. MaidThis offers a full range of maid services. We do offer commercial cleaning services for corporate offices, small local businesses, schools, government buildings, and restaurants. In residential areas, we provide apartment cleanings, condo cleanings, and standard house cleanings for residential homes.

What chores will be covered with my cleaning service?

As is the case with our house and apartment cleaning service, we offer two levels of service. Our standard cleaning package includes requisite cleaning chores like scrubbing plumbing fixtures, wiping down cabinets and countertops, dusting/polishing furniture, bed making, and floor cleaning. Our deep cleaning package would include the same chores, plus extras like window/window covering washing, shampooing carpets and furniture cushions, wiping walls and hanging fixtures, and decluttering. How do you find your maids?

All of our cleaners are independent workers with whom we contract. We use a comprehensive 5-step screening process to identify the cleaning professionals who meet our standards. We accept online applications, perform online and in-house interviews, and close the deal by going through comprehensive background and reference checks. We only hire the best cleaning professionals because our reputation is built on how they perform.

I’m not in the area. How do I make sure my maids have access to my Airbnb/vacation rental?

Since we do not permit a cleaner to carry customer keys, we offer three ways you can use to give us access to your unit. First, you can leave the key with the local rental office if your subdivision has one. Second, you can hide the key outside in a secure place, providing the hiding place information to your maid. Also, combination lock boxes that realtors use tend to work very well. Don’t forget to give maids access to the combination. Finally, you can let your cleaners into your Airbnb or a vacation rental by yourself.

If my maid discovers property damage in my unit, will they provide me with some information?

Absolutely. We actually offer our customers access to online reports that our cleaning experts use to report any damage that they might discover. You’ll get access to these online reports as needed, plus we can provide pictures to help you better understand the nature of the damage.
