Yes. As professional cleaners, they strongly prefer to use the best tools and commercial-grade cleaning products available. You only need to provide everyday supplies such as dishwasher soap, trash can liners, and laundry detergent.
What should be included in a vacation rental cleaning?
At MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach, we contract with professional cleaners who know exactly what tasks are included in each cleaning package be it a regular or turnover cleaning package. At all times, their focus will be on your satisfaction and the comfort and security of your guests. If you have any special requests, please notify us as soon as possible and we will forward the request(s) to your cleaners.
What if my cleaner makes a mistake?
We are proud of the fact that our contract cleaners seldom make mistakes. Still, we are happy to offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Should a problem arise, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll take care of the problem promptly and free of charge. As a sidebar, you need to understand our turnover cleaning service only includes standard cleaning tasks. If you want our deep cleaning service, you will need to request it in advance, and there will be an additional charge.
What is your quality assurance?

How will my cleaners gain access to my vacation rental?
We do not permit our cleaners to carry spare keys to clients’ vacation units. As a short-term rental owner, we would recommend you use a lockbox or find a safe outdoor hiding place where you can leave a key.
How far in advance should I book my cleaning service?
We encourage our clients to schedule cleaning at least 48 hours in advance. To be on the safe side, we would recommend you give us as much notice as possible. While we are happy to entertain same-day cleaning requests, we can’t guarantee we will be able to schedule a cleaner to take the job. With that said, we will do our best to meet your needs.
How do I cancel a cleaning service?
You can cancel your scheduled cleaning online or by phone. While MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach has a flexible no-cancellation-fee policy, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Are laundry services available?
Yes. In fact, our standard vacation rental cleaning package is structured to assume there will be 1-3 full loads of laundry that need washing. If laundry is not needed, a discount will be applied to the package’s price. If laundry exceeds 3 loads, an additional fee of $10 will be charged per load. If an onsite laundry facility is not available, another additional fee of $10 will be charged for a laundromat.
How do I book a vacation rental cleaning?
It’s our goal to keep the scheduling process as easy and efficient as possible. Just give our MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach representative a call for your first cleaning appointment. After that, we’ll know better how to efficiently set appointments for you in the future.
Can I give the cleaners my own custom cleaning checklist?
No! Our professional cleaners are fast and efficient. This is due to being able to employ the standard checklist that has been created at MaidThis West Palm Beach (see our Pricing & Services page). Of course, you can request that personalized needs be added to the checklist.
Will my cleaners always arrive on time?
Due to circumstances that could be beyond our control, MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach cannot guarantee the arrival time of your cleaner. However, our Never ‘No Show’ Policy guarantees that your unit will always be clean and ready before your next guests arrive.
Does MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach employ its own cleaners?
No! MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach is a referral agency that actually contracts with independent professional cleaners. Rest assured, our vetting process ensures that our contract cleaners are among the best in the business.
Do you have an Availability Guarantee?
Yes, we do! We can guarantee service for your unit as long as we have at least 48 hours of advanced notice. While our guarantee is not offered for cleanings with less than 48 hours of notice, we will still work hard to schedule at least one cleaner.
What if I have TOO MUCH laundry?
No problem! Our standard turnover package includes up to 3 loads of laundry on a 3BR unit and 2 loads on a 2BR unit. If your laundry needs exceed these levels, there would be an additional charge of $10 per load.
How do you deal with damages?
To be clear, MaidTHis and our cleaners cannot be held responsible for any damages your guests may have caused and failed to report. However, our cleaners will note and report any damage that seems apparent.
When will the cleaners arrive at my vacation rental?
Here at MaidThis Cleaning West Palm Beach, our experience has taught us that we cannot control the arrival times of our cleaners as they may be subject to circumstances they cannot control. To ensure your vacation is always clean and ready for the next renter, we try to schedule cleanings with plenty of leeway between the scheduled time and the new guest’s arrival.
What will the cleaners do if they can’t enter my property?
If your cleaners are unable to gain access to the rental property, they have been instructed to spend the next 30 minutes trying to contact you. If successful, they will wait for the key to be delivered. You would be subject to an additional $40 hourly fee if your cleaners need to wait. If you choose to cancel on such short notice, a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee would be charged. To reschedule, simply contact our office. We will do our best to send another cleaner to your vacation rental property as soon as possible.
What will the cleaners do if the previous guests ruined the place?
If upon arrival your cleaners note that the property is in bad shape, they will notify you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, they could proceed to give your property a deep cleaning while documenting all noted damages. Our deep cleaning package is priced at an additional $80 with the guarantee your place will be ready and fit ready for the next check-in.
What if my guests complain about the cleaning of my vacation rental?
As part of our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we will send out another cleaner to get the rental done to the guest’s satisfaction with no charge. If the guest remains unsatisfied and decides to cancel, MaidThis West Palm Beach shall not be held responsible for any expenses you may incur as a result of their actions.
