Are your cleaners bonded?
Yes. We are insured and our cleaners are bonded to ensure your home and assets are protected.
How much notice do I need to give for a deep cleaning?
We strongly prefer 48 hours of notice. However, we will entertain same-day servicing if we can find the right cleaner or cleaners.
Can I cancel on short notice?
We would really like 24 hours of notice for a cancellation. Otherwise, you might be subject to a small cancellation fee.
What about cleaning supplies?
